Colmar Tropicale Hotel Bukit Tinggi, Bukit Tinggi

My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. While the rooms offered a decent view and were spacious, the check-in process was frustrating and the overall cleanliness fell short. The location is somewhat isolated, and dining options are extremely limited. I found breakfast options to be very poor and the facilities not well-maintained.

The hotel had a nice environment and a modern English decor initially, but unfortunately, the breakfast experience was very disappointing, both in terms of food quality and service. While the activities were numerous and the setting was picturesque, the overall condition of the rooms left much to be desired, suggesting that the property is in need of a makeover. Additionally, the lack of proper maintenance for basic amenities impacted the overall stay.

Our stay was a lovely escape into nature with some hits and misses. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the spacious suite we booked offered a breathtaking view.
